1. Nature of services — finance

Lumen provides financial consulting, loan advisory and lending facilitation services. Lumen is not a bank, NBFC or other lender, and does not provide, sanction or disburse loans. Any loan is provided solely by the applicable bank / NBFC or other eligible lender under that lender's own terms.

• Lumen's role is limited to understanding your requirement, evaluating suitable financing possibilities and coordinating the process.
• Loan approval, loan amount, interest rate, tenure, fees, documentation requirements, sanction and disbursement are determined solely by the applicable lender.
• Lumen does not guarantee approval, sanction, disbursement, pricing or timelines.
• Lumen is not liable for any lender's decision, delay, or the terms offered by any lender.

2. No fee commitment before disclosure

Any fee payable to Lumen, if applicable to a specific engagement, will be communicated to you explicitly and separately before it becomes due. Website forms and discussions do not by themselves create a fee obligation.

3. Nature of services — CTCP plates

CTCP enquiries and quote requests submitted through this website are requests for quotation only. They are not purchase orders, and no binding commercial commitment arises until price, quantity, availability, delivery terms and payment terms are confirmed in writing by both parties. Product specifications shown (such as plate size and thickness) are current references and may change; details must be reconfirmed at the time of enquiry.
